5-wormed with Drontal Plus,
6 - topical application of Frontline Plus,
7 - pedigree (CBKC);
8 - Microchip (Partners);
9 - 1st shearing of race;
10 - contract of sale.
11 - EARS AND TAIL WITH ENTIRE
